What to have for tea hmmm...

Think this often? Me and you both. Sometimes you can't be bothered to make a fresh homemade meal and other times you may need to grab it on the run. 

There are healthy options out there, just don't be fooled by products which state 'low fat' or 'fat free' cause there will be sugar hiding in there!

So the question is.. What do you have when your on the move? Or when you can't be bothered?

Myself, I pre-prepare mine for the days when I'm on the run!
